Kurtis Mishler Partner – Kentucky Business Unit
Mr. Mishler has over 10 years of experience in direct sales and helping companies hire and retain permanent and contingent workforces. Prior to his position at AxiomOne, he founded PrideStaff of Kentucky, and before that he spent 8 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, partnering with such companies as Abbott Laboratories and Bard.
Throughout his career Mr. Mishler has been active in consulting and training with such organizations as VMS, Abbott Laboratories, Avery Weigh-Tronix and Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He has also presented on best selection and development topics to organizations such as YEO, and other professional organizations. Mr. Mishler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Economics from Pittsburg State University.

Michael Norton Partner – Arizona Business Unit
Mr. Norton has 9 years of experience in Organizational Development and Best Selection practices, assisting both entrepreneurial companies and Fortune 500 companies hire, retain, and develop top performers at all levels. Throughout his career, he has created and implemented programs on such topics as competency modeling, effective and legal interview programs, multi-rater performance feedback systems, leadership coaching, and more.
Mr. Norton is also a nationally-recognized public speaker, having delivered keynote and breakout session presentations at conferences like the American Staffing Association, the American Teleservices Association, and more. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from California State University of Sacramento.
